Here's the Experience We're Looking For - Proven PPC experience with at least 4 years' hands-on performance marketing experience, managing and optimising Paid Search campaigns that deliver measurable commercial results. - HubSpot expertise - ideally 5+ years' hands-on experience using HubSpot. You're confident managing CRM, campaign reporting, workflows, lead management and marketing automation within the platform. - A genuine CPA improvement story - you've materially reduced cost-per-acquisition before and can explain exactly how you achieved it. - Strong experience across Google Ads and Meta platforms (Google Ads and Meta certifications would be advantageous). - Good understanding of lead generation funnels and multi-stage sales processes. - Confident interpreting campaign data and presenting meaningful insights that support business decisions. - Good SEO fundamentals together with an awareness of how AI Search (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity etc.) is changing search behaviour. - A proactive, self-motivated approach. Skills & Experience: Previous experience in a Marketing Automation Manager, CRM Manager, Marketing Campaign Manager, Marketing Operations or similar B2B marketing role. - Strong hands-on experience using HubSpot CRM (Marketing Hub and/or Sales Hub). - Experience with marketing automation, email marketing, customer journeys, lead nurturing and workflow creation. - Good understanding of CRM management, lead scoring, segmentation and sales pipeline processes. - Experience producing marketing reports, dashboards and campaign performance analysis. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights. - Excellent project management and organisational skills. - Knowledge of GDPR and CRM data management best practice. - Experience within a B2B environment is essential. Experience within distribution, wholesale or FMCG would be advantageous.
