Key responsibilities: - Place adverts and monitor applications for warehouse candidates across the sites - Answering recruitment enquires - Screening, processing and on-boarding candidates for induction & training - Complete necessary right to work checks for all candidates - Monitor and Manage performance of warehouse colleagues - Ensure accuracy at all times associated with the start to end recruitment process - Management of all internal systems i.e., CRM, Online Candidate Portal and Unity - Manage reporting on worker information with regards to sickness & attendance etc. - Engage with colleagues daily to boost colleague performance - Hold key client relationships - Deputise for senior contract manager when required Key behavioural skills: - To possess a good level of communication skill, both oral and written. - To work effectively as part of a team and build key relationships. - Confident working along. - Great Organisation skills and the ability to prioritise where needed. - Focus and dedication to an excellent quality of service at all times. - PC literate, with good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word - To meet and exceed all tasks and functions without management reminder. - Previous recruitment experience is needed - Uk driving licence required.
