8. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

8.2 No Employment Guarantee

Hyra does not guarantee job placement, interviews, or hiring outcomes. We facilitate connections between job seekers and employers but have no control over hiring decisions.

8.3 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HYRA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA LOSS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hyra, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
