You'll own the Salesforce Marketing Cloud product and the wider customer journey function, designing and optimising automated journeys that move customers from initial engagement through to opportunity, revenue, cross-sell and retention. Working closely with Marketing, RevOps, Data and Performance teams, you'll turn customer data, behaviour and commercial insight into highly targeted, personalised journeys that deliver measurable results.
