The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping solutions that meet business needs, working closely with senior stakeholders, Developers, Testers and wider cross-functional teams throughout the full delivery lifecycle. This isn't a traditional Business Analyst role. Alongside leading requirements gathering and solution design, you'll coordinate Agile ceremonies, lead a small team of Developers and help improve standards and ways of working across the wider delivery function. You'll also work closely with senior leadership to develop prototypes that help bring requirements to life, giving Developers and Testers a much clearer understanding of how proposed solutions should look and operate. This role would suit someone who enjoys getting into the detail of complex technical problems and wants the opportunity to have a genuine influence over both solutions and delivery practices.
