University Risk Analyst Posting Number: SP005356P Division/College: DFA Operations Department: DFA Operations Officer Location: Moscow Posting Context Statement: Position Overview: Reporting to the University Risk Manager, the University Risk Analyst leads university risk management operations, serves as the claims lead, and provides essential administrative risk functions in support of risk assessment, alternative risk financing, risk transfer, and risk control efforts. The Risk Analysts implements risk treatment, transfer, and mitigation strategies and tools that optimize outcomes consistent with the risk tolerance of the institution and its stakeholders. Areas of responsibility include insurance placements, renewals, certificates (all coverage types), claims management, loss control implementation, event waivers, and risk management consultations. This is an essential position that may be called upon in the event of an emergency and/or university closure.
