This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Financial Services professional to lead a growing administration and PA support team, ensuring advisers receive first-class operational support while delivering an outstanding client experience. You'll be expected to travel to each of their offices on a monthly basis to support the delivery of training and 1-2-1s. This is a people-first leadership role where you'll look after a team of around 10, managing workloads, coaching individuals and driving continuous improvements across the support function.
