About the Role We are looking for a Trust Officer to join our team.     Senior Town Planner Location: Cardiff Working Pattern: Hybrid - 3-4 days per week in the office Carrington West are pleased to be working with an established and highly regarded planning consultancy is looking to appoint an experienced Senior or Principal Town Planner to join its growing Cardiff team. This is an excellent opportunity for a planning professional with a minimum of 5 years' experience who is looking to work across a diverse project portfolio within a collaborative and supportive environment. The Role Joining a close-knit team of planning professionals, you will be involved in a broad range of planning projects spanning multiple sectors, including: Commercial developments Residential schemes Retail projects Mixed-use developments Other varied planning applications and strategic planning work The successful candidate will have the opportunity to manage projects, work directly with clients, and contribute to the continued growth of the business. About You To be considered for this position, you should have: A minimum of 5 years' experience in town planning Experience gained within either the public or private sector Strong knowledge of the UK / Welsh planning system Excellent communication and report-writing skills The ability to manage multiple projects and build strong client relationships MRTPI status is preferred but not essential, and candidates working towards chartership are also encouraged to apply.
