    Marketing Specialist SAN ANTONIO, TX Staff POSITION SUMMARY E-Z Bel Construction is seeking a highly organized, strategic, and technology-minded Marketing Specialist to serve as the company's primary internal marketing resource. This is a hands-on individual-contributor role responsible for translating company priorities into organized, proactive marketing plans and deliverables. The Marketing Specialist will manage initiatives from concept through completion, performing core marketing activities directly while coordinating with internal departments, external agencies, videographers, photographers, and other vendors when specialized support is needed. YOUR ROLE - Develop and maintain proactive annual, quarterly, and monthly marketing plans aligned with company goals and upcoming business needs. - Manage marketing and social media campaigns from planning through execution, including timelines, deliverables, approvals, and performance follow-up. - Own the company's social media presence by developing content calendars and creating, scheduling, publishing, and monitoring content. - Create written and visual content that highlights company projects, employees, safety, culture, recruiting, and community involvement. - Coordinate photography, video, drone footage, and other creative production with internal teams and external partners. - Maintain an organized and searchable library of marketing content, project information, photography, videos, templates, and branded materials. - Complete or coordinate website updates and support search-engine optimization and digital-visibility initiatives. - Monitor marketing performance, prepare reports, and use data to recommend improvements to content and campaigns. - Maintain consistent company messaging and brand standards across digital platforms, presentations, campaigns, and marketing materials. - Partner with departments across the company to identify upcoming initiatives, gather information, and keep marketing projects moving. - Coordinate marketing projects with the company's agency and other approved vendors, including timelines, revisions, and final deliverables. - Independently manage priorities, resolve routine obstacles, and make day-to-day marketing decisions within established company guidelines. - Use marketing, analytics, design, content-management, and AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency, creativity, organization, and decision-making. - Perform other duties as assigned. WHAT YOU BRING - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Media, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience may be considered. - Three or more years of experience in marketing, communications, content development, digital marketing, or a related field. - Experience independently managing marketing projects or campaigns from planning through completion. - Strong writing, editing, communication, organization, and project-management skills. - Experience creating content for social media, websites, presentations, and other digital or printed materials. - Familiarity with website, analytics, design, and content-development tools such as WordPress, Google Analytics, Canva, or Adobe Creative Cloud. - Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and collaborate effectively across departments. - Construction, infrastructure, engineering, or business-to-business marketing experience is preferred. - Willingness to occasionally visit jobsites and attend company or community events. - Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS This position primarily operates in an office environment and requires the ability to sit or stand at a workstation for extended periods. The role involves frequent use of a computer, phone, camera, and standard office equipment. Regular interaction with employees, leaders, agencies, vendors, and other business partners is required. The position may occasionally visit active jobsites, company facilities, recruiting events, community events, trade shows, and other locations to gather content or support marketing activities. Jobsite visits may involve exposure to outdoor weather conditions, construction noise, dust, moving equipment, uneven terrain, and other conditions commonly associated with active construction environments. Required personal protective equipment must be worn when applicable.
