    Commercial Product & Sales Marketing Analyst To support the development, enhancement, sales, and ongoing maintenance of Farm Bureau Property/Casualty (PC) commercial products through research, analysis, and development of field and consumer facing materials. This role identifies product improvement opportunities, evaluates business value and field impact, and translates findings into actionable strategic recommendations and field-facing deliverables to support a multi-line field force. Conduct research on competitor products, market trends, and industry developments and apply insights to identify opportunities for product enhancements, pricing updates, and improvements to processes and field-facing materials. Represent Home Office and field force as an active contributor in various corporate projects, initiatives, and production support. Support development and refinement of requirements by identifying gaps, clarifying scenarios, contributing product knowledge and supporting evaluation of proposed solutions. Serve as the subject matter expert for field force and internal teams on Farm Bureau commercial products. Maintain clear understanding of underwriting rules, new business and current business processing and claims procedures. Identify trends and reoccurring themes from field inquiries, feedback, submissions, and data from insights to support product and resource improvements. - Bachelor's degree in marketing, insurance, business or related field required , or equivalent experience may be considered. - CISR, AU and/or API designations required, or equivalent education may be considered. - Minimum three years experience in commercial insurance industry required . - Experience in project management preferred. - Active State of Michigan insurance license in Property and Casualty required or must be obtained within 90 days of employment.     Marketing Assistant Marketing Assistant Job Description Reports to: Marketing Supervisor Position Summary: The Marketing Assistant provides administrative support to the Marketing Department on a wide range of routine duties and special projects. This role works cross-functionally with the entire organization to ensure the success of marketing initiatives and help deliver compelling content to promote our products and services. Supervisory Responsibilities: The position has no supervisory responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Assist with planning, developing, and executing all Lane Automotive initiatives. - Assist with various routine clerical capacities and coordination of various public relations efforts. - Assist with development/design of various manufacturers' advertising programs and marketing research projects. - Assist the Marketing Team with the department budget. - Assist in media scheduling, proofing, and trafficking. - Maintain and provide reports for the Marketing Department. - Establish and maintain a centralized archive of advertising, marketing materials, and communications. - Maintain project tracking spread sheets and marketing calendars. - Coordinate event logistics. - Monitor own work to ensure quality, apply feedback to improve performance, and look for ways to improve and promote quality. - Attend industry events (Company Events, Trade Shows, and Motorsports Events) as a strong brand representative. - Work in a team environment. - Promote and maintain a clean and safe work environment by complying with procedures, policies, training, and regulations. - Ensure established policies and procedures are followed. - Participate in continuous improvement project team activities. - Other duties as assigned. Education/Experience/Qualifications: - Associate degree/Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent of 2-5 years of related experience and a high school diploma/GED, required. - A working knowledge of the automotive aftermarket industry, preferred. Skills & Abilities: - Ability to communicate effectively (clear and concise) through writing, speaking, active listening, and presentation. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and other job-related equipment and software. - Ability to approach conflicts with vendors, customers, and colleagues in a constructive manner. - Ability to develop and foster business relationships. - Ability to read, analyze, and interpret data. - Strong quantitative and analytical skills. - Excellent organization skills and detail-oriented with exceptional critical thinking, multi-tasking, and problem-solving abilities. - Excellent time management. - Ability to work both independently, within a team, and cross-functionally with other departments/stakeholders. - Ability to work with minimum supervision/guidance and must be self-directed. - Excellent problem-solving skills and sound judgment. - Willing to participate in Company designated training. - Must have knowledge of and comply with the policies and procedures contained in the company handbook. - Must be able to maintain confidentiality. - Must be able to practice safe work habits. Physical Demands: This is an office type position that requires sitting, standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, and use of hands. This position requires the operation of basic office equipment.
