The company may also consider a slightly more experienced Adviser with a small number of existing client relationships. For the right person, there is flexibility to offer a higher starting salary. The opportunity You will work closely with the firm's Directors and existing Advisers, initially helping to look after and develop relationships with existing clients. The scheme is uncapped and offers excellent longer-term earning potential. About you The company is open-minded about the precise level of experience but is particularly interested in people who are: - Level 4 qualified or approaching completion of the Diploma - Newly qualified and looking for their first advisory opportunity - Already advising but still in the early stages of building their career - Comfortable developing new client relationships and generating business - Professional, motivated and focused on providing a good client experience - Keen to learn from experienced Advisers while gradually developing greater independence Previous exposure to pensions and investments would be beneficial.
