    Loan Workout Specialist (Part-Time) Job Category: General Requisition Number: LOANW001287 Posted: August 6, 2026 Part-Time Benton, KY 42025, USA The purpose of this role is to maintain the delinquency level of assigned portion of teh CFSB loan portfolio including, but not limited to direct auto, full-recourse, RVs, other chattel, & unsecured loans. - Establish and maintain weekly contact with delinquent clients through telephone, written correspondence, and other approved communicationchannels. - Maintain accurate customer contact information, including phone numbers, addresses, emails and other relevant details. - Contact clients during the early stages of delinquency (approximately 10-30 days past due) and assist with payment processing, recurring payment setup, and alternative payment arrangements. - Assess client financial situations and identify appropriate escalation opportunities when long-term or permanent hardships are present. - Evaluate borrower financial circumstances and recommend appropriate workout solutions, including loan modifications, extensions, deferments, repayment plans, settlements, and other loss mitigation alternatives. - Accurately document all collection activities, client interactions, and account updates within the JHA Collection System. - Prepare and send all required regulatory notices and correspondence in compliance with applicable state and federal laws. - Develop and maintain knowledge of collection, repossession, and regulatory requirements applicable to assigned responsibilities. - Build and maintain positive working relationships with dealer partners through regular communication and responsive support. - Prepare and distribute weekly account status and delinquency reports to dealers & communicate any collection efforts since the previous week. - Process contract reassignments to dealers and execute related collateral documentation. - Prepare and send Letters of Guarantee to insurance companies as required. - Minimize losses on charged-off deposit accounts by negotiating and administering repayment arrangements with clients. - Refer charged-off deposit accounts to external collection agencies when appropriate and in accordance with established procedures and communicate any payments made directly to CFSB. - Complete all assigned tasks, training programs, and continuing education requirements within established deadlines. - Adhere to all CFSB policies, procedures, regulatory requirements, and performance standards- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Team Leader. The Opportunity The Chief Financial Officer joins the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.), A Corporation ("A Corp") in a leadership role grounded in faithful stewardship, strategic partnership, and the ministry of administration. Founded in 1799, A Corp carries out this ministry through the work of the Administrative Services Group (ASG), a ministry of the General Assembly that helps mission and ministry flourish. Through collaborative partnership and stewardship of the church's diverse resources, ASG supports mission and ministry now and into the future by providing strategic insight, responsive services, and operational leadership across the organization. ASG provides a broad range of administrative and support services including finance and accounting, treasury, legal and risk management, human resources, internal audit, information technology, facilities and building services, printing and distribution, research services, translation and interpretation, and mail services. Through the management of both physical and virtual infrastructure, ASG enables ministry partners to remain focused on their core mission and ecclesial responsibilities. ASG currently provides administrative services to Presbyterian Life & Witness, Presbyterian Women, the Presbyterian Investment and Loan Program, and selected support to the Presbyterian Publishing Corporation. Reporting to the President and serving as an integral member of the senior leadership team, the Chief Financial Officer provides strategic financial leadership for A Corp and supports the broader work of the General Assembly and its related ministries and agencies. The CFO helps advance a culture of accountability, transparency, collaboration, and responsive service by providing thoughtful financial leadership, strategic insight, and operational support. The CFO oversees the financial operations of the organization, including accounting, treasury, budgeting, financial reporting, external audit coordination, and related administrative functions. The role partners closely with organizational leadership in stewarding resources, supporting long-term sustainability, strengthening operational effectiveness, and ensuring appropriate financial accountability, compliance, and risk management practices across the organization. The Chief Financial Officer is a member of the Administrative Services Group, the staff of A Corp. A Corp is governed by a seventeen-member Board of Directors elected by the General Assembly, including representatives from General Assembly agencies and committees, seven at-large directors, and the Stated Clerk of the General Assembly and Executive Director of Presbyterian Life & Witness, who serves as an ex officio member. KEY ROLES 1.
