Primary products are loans, deposits, treasury management services, and fees associated with these and other products. - Responsible for soliciting, establishing, and maintaining new agricultural and commercial/business banking relationships within an identified portfolio or market area. - Provide a high level of customer service by assuring that the products meet the client's expectations. Position Summary The Controller is responsible for the overall management of the accounting function, including financial reporting, regulatory filings, internal controls, and accounting operations. This position ensures the timely and accurate delivery of financial information to management, auditors, and regulatory bodies in compliance with NAIC statutory accounting principles. The Controller will lead and develop the accounting team, oversee the financial close process, and maintain effective internal controls.
