Position Requirements - Professionally qualified with a CTA, ACA, ACCA, or equivalent accounting/tax qualification. - At least five years of senior-level experience gained within a professional accountancy practice. - Strong technical expertise across both personal and corporate tax matters. - Demonstrable experience providing tax advice and strategic support to owner-managed businesses. - Commercially aware with the confidence to build trusted relationships and advise clients directly. - Experienced in managing a blend of advisory services alongside tax compliance responsibilities. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear, professional reports. - Capable of working independently while maintaining close collaboration with directors and senior colleagues. - Proactive and client-focused, with a genuine commitment to delivering value-added advice and solutions. - Holds a full UK driving licence.
