Whether you've already gained some finance experience or you're looking to build on your existing skills, you'll be joining a supportive team where you'll have the opportunity to learn, develop and get involved in a wide range of day-to-day finance activities. What you'll be doing No two days are quite the same, but your responsibilities will include: - Preparing and processing invoices - Assisting with payments, refunds and banking transactions - Supporting month-end activities, including journals and reporting - Maintaining supplier records and helping with new supplier set-up - Assisting with audit preparation and reporting packs - Keeping financial records accurate, organised and up to date About you We're keen to hear from people who: - Have some experience in a finance or accounts role, or are looking to build a career within finance - Have excellent attention to detail and enjoy working with numbers - Are well organised and able to manage their own workload - Enjoy working as part of a team and communicating with colleagues - Have basic Excel skills and a willingness to learn Why join? - A varied role where you'll gain experience across different areas of finance - A supportive team that will help you develop your skills and confidence - Part-time hours offering a great work-life balance - The opportunity to join a well-established and successful business Location: Guernsey Salary: £27,040 Travel: None required Please note: Applicants must already have the right to live and work in Guernsey.
