    Senior FP&A Manager 6 Month Fixed Term Contract c 100k pro rata + car allowance and other benefits Luton - 2 days working from home Our client, a well-known consumer-facing PLC, is looking for a talented and proven Senior FP&A Manager to join on an initial 6-month fixed-term contract to cover a critical period for the business. This is a high-profile, senior appointment reporting directly to the FP&A & Corporate Finance Director, responsible for leading and developing a small, professionally qualified team. You will own the delivery of monthly performance reporting to Executive and Board level, lead key external reporting inputs (trading statements, half-year and full year results), and take ownership of corporate performance measures including balanced scorecard reporting and annual target setting through the budget process. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders across Finance, Investor Relations and the wider business, providing clear, commercially-minded insight and constructive challenge, as well as competitor and market analysis to support board-level decision-making. What we're looking for: - Qualified Accountant with strong financial reporting and analytical skills Minimum 5 years PQE - Proven experience operating in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment while maintaining accuracy - A track record of managing, coaching and developing a team - Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence up to Board level Experience within a large, multi-site or fast-paced commercial environment is highly advantageous This is an excellent opportunity to step into a senior, board-facing finance role with a market-leading business, offering genuine scope to add value and build your profile at a high level over a defined period.
