Function: Finance & Accounting Job Summary: The Controller for the Blue Point Project will serve as a key financial leader supporting one of the largest capital investments in CF Industries' history-an approximately $4B greenfield project. This role is responsible for establishing and maintaining strong financial controls, ensuring compliance, and providing clear, actionable financial insight throughout the project lifecycle. The Controller will partner closely with Project Leadership, Project Controls, Procurement, and Corporate Finance to support disciplined capital execution and long term operational readiness. Job Description: Major Responsibilities : - Own financial controls, compliance, and governance across a multi-billion-dollar capital project, ensuring alignment with corporate policies and SOX requirements. - Lead accounting activities related to large-scale construction projects, including construction-in-progress (CIP), fixed assets, accruals, capital calls, and cash calls. - Manage monthly close activities and general ledger entries associated with project accounting, with the role evolving into a full Controller scope as the project transitions toward operations. - Partner with the Project Controls organization to ensure accurate cost tracking, forecasting, and financial transparency across contracts and work packages. - Support internal and external audits and ensure audit readiness throughout the life of the project. - Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners, serving as a trusted financial advisor to project leadership. - Identify financial risks and recommend solutions that protect the project while enabling timely, informed decision-making in a fast-paced construction environment. Preferred: CPA/MBA - Years of experience: At least 5 years of related professional experience is typically required to complete all essential job functions. Prior experience supervising staff is required . Preferred: 5 to 10 years supervisory experience in manufacturing accounting Other unique job relevant attributes: - Significant experience supporting large, complex capital projects, ideally in manufacturing, energy, chemicals, or heavy industrial environments. - Demonstrated experience with project accounting for multi year, multi billion dollar capital programs. - Strong understanding of internal controls, compliance, and financial governance in a regulated environment. - Ability to clearly communicate financial information to project teams and senior leadership. Leadership & Competencies: - Strong judgment and problem-solving skills in complex, high-stakes project environments. - Ability to design and scale accounting processes from construction through steady-state operations. - Collaborative leadership style with the ability to partner effectively across engineering, construction, procurement, and finance teams. Function: Finance & Accounting Job Summary: The Associate Accountant prepares and focuses on account reconciliations, Month close Journal Entries and performs financial analyses while ensuring internal controls and policies are adhered to. The incumbent will prepare other accounting statements and reports; assists in preparation of management reports; and reviews and verifies the accuracy of journal entries and accounting classifications Job Description: Job Responsibilities: Corporate - Prepares monthly journal entries, month-end analyses as well as various exhibits and commentary required for reports issued to management, outside Directors and government agencies. - Prepares analyses of various account balances and maintain files of supporting workpapers. - Assists with special projects, year-end activities and related duties. - Prepares written procedures on job responsibilities. - Prepares and posts monthly journal entries into the SAP system ensuring timely, accurate and efficient recording and analysis of month-end and year-end transactions; - Assist in completing fixed asset transactions and reporting; - Participate in audits as required. Internal Controls: Understands and complies with established departmental processes and procedures designed to support internal controls efforts. Function: Finance & Accounting Job Summary: CF Industries is currently seeking a Sr. Accountant to join our Woodward location. This position has direct responsibility for preparing and inputting journal entries relating to Woodward in order to accomplish monthly financial close. Additional direct responsibility includes preparation of month end statements, the monthly preparation of key performance indicator reports, and maintaining documentation to satisfy Sarbanes Oxley requirements. This position has indirect responsibility for assisting with internal and external audits, yearly preparation of budget, yearly spare parts review and providing any other reports requested by the corporate office or the Woodward location. Outside of these Accounting responsibilities, this position will also be required to participate in goal setting and safety leadership activities. Effective communication within the department as well as with other departments is vital to the success of this position.
