Plant Controller - Manufacturing

CF Industries seeks a Plant Controller to lead finance for our Chemicals plant within the Finance department. The role owns cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and plant financial reporting, partnering with operations to drive profitability and efficiency. Responsibilities include managing standard costs, variance analysis, inventory valuation, and capital project tracking, while ensuring strong internal controls and compliance. Responsibilities

• Lead plant-level financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting

• Own cost accounting, standard costing, and variance analysis

• Manage inventory valuation and production accounting for the plant

• Prepare monthly plant financial statements and management reports

• Partner with operations to analyze KPIs and improve profitability

• Maintain and strengthen internal controls and compliance at the site

• Support capital project evaluation, tracking, and post-audit review

• Develop financial models and ad-hoc analysis for plant leadership

• Optimize use of ERP/financial systems for accurate, timely reporting

• Contribute to continuous improvement and cross-functional finance initiatives Required Skills
