Sr Talent Acquisition Specialist

CF Industries is seeking a Sr Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruitment for technical and corporate roles. You will partner with hiring managers to define talent needs, source and engage top candidates, and guide them through interviews, selection, and offer stages. You'll design strategic sourcing campaigns, enhance employer branding, and support DEI initiatives. Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for technical and corporate roles

• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategy

• Source candidates using job boards, social platforms, and talent networks

• Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for skill and culture fit

• Coordinate and improve interview processes with internal stakeholders

• Manage offers, negotiations, and candidate closing

• Maintain accurate data and pipelines in the ATSSupport employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives

• Drive diversity-focused sourcing and inclusive hiring practices
