Director of Financial Planning & Analysis

CF Industries seeks a Director of Financial Planning & Analysis to lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning for its software solutions portfolio. In this role, you will design and own FP&A processes, build financial models, analyze revenue and cost drivers, and deliver clear insights that guide strategic decisions. Partnering with executives and cross-functional tech teams, you'll create dashboards, KPIs, and scenario analyses that support product investments and global growth. You'll mentor a small FP&A team and help shape a data-driven, collaborative, and innovative finance culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead company-wide budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes

• Develop and maintain financial models for revenue, margins, and cash flow

• Analyze performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to executives

• Design and track KPIs and dashboards to support data-driven decisions

• Partner with product, engineering, and sales leaders on investment and pricing decisions

• Prepare and present financial reports, board materials, and scenario analyses

• Guide capital allocation and resource planning for software initiatives

• Build and enhance FP&A tools, processes, and systems for scalability

• Manage, mentor, and develop FP&A team members
