Senior International Tax Analyst
Job Description
CF Industries is seeking a Senior International Tax Analyst to join our Finance, Accounting & Administration team in the chemicals industry. This role leads global tax planning, compliance, and transfer pricing across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring accurate reporting under US GAAP/IFRS and alignment with OECD/BEPS rules. You will partner with cross functional teams on tax provisions, audits, M&A, and supply chain projects, identifying optimization opportunities while managing risk. Responsibilities

Lead global tax planning and compliance for cross border transactions and legal entities

Analyze international tax regulations (OECD, BEPS, transfer pricing) and assess impact on CF Industries

Prepare, review, and document transfer pricing policies and intercompany transactions

Support quarterly and annual tax provisions under US GAAP/IFRSManage tax audits and inquiries from foreign tax authorities

Collaborate with Finance, Accounting & Administration on forecasting, budgeting, and cash tax planning

Identify tax optimization opportunities while ensuring regulatory compliance and risk management

Develop models to evaluate tax impact of restructurings, M&A, and supply chain changes

Prepare technical memos and documentation for complex international tax issues
