Regional People Partner

Salary: £50,000 - £54,000 Contract: 12-month contract Location: Home-based, with regular travel across Norwich, Ipswich and the wider East of England region. Travel to these locations will be required 2-3 days per week, with the remaining days worked from home.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Regional People Partner to provide strategic and operational HR support across a designated client group. You will lead on employee relations, organisational change, workforce planning and people initiatives, partnering with leaders to deliver effective people solutions and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert HR partnering and advice to managers and leaders.

• Lead complex employee relations casework.

• Support organisational change, restructures and TUPE projects.

• Deliver workforce planning and people initiatives.

• Ensure compliance with employment law and HR best practice.

• Build strong stakeholder relationships and act as a trusted advisor.

About You

• CIPD qualified or equivalent experience.

• Exposure to public sector, education or care industries

• Strong generalist HR background.

• Experience managing complex employee relations matters.

• Excellent knowledge of UK employment law.
