Recruitment Specialist - Chichester

Up to £30,000 + Commission

We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist to join a growing team in Chichester, specialising in recruiting professionals across care, early years and education .

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced recruiter, or someone with strong sales/customer-facing experience looking to develop a career in recruitment.

The Role:

• Manage the full recruitment process from sourcing to placement

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards and networking

• Build and maintain strong candidate relationships

• Work closely with clients and hiring managers to understand their requirements

• Conduct candidate screening and interviews

• Manage multiple vacancies and recruitment campaigns

• Meet recruitment and business development targets About You:

• Previous recruitment experience is desirable, but not essential

• Experience within care, early years, education or a similar sector is highly beneficial

• Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills

• Target-driven, organised and commercially focused

• Proactive approach with the ability to work independently

• Full training and support provided Package: Up to £30,000 + commission (OTE £45,000)
