    Job Title : IT Systems, Network, and Data Management Specialist (WDTD) Location : Norman, OK (on-site) Clearance : Moderate Public Trust Citizenship Status : US Citizen Required Position Overview AttainX, Inc. is in search of a dynamic IT Systems, Network and Data Management Specialist to join our team. This position provides essential logistics and installation support to the National Weather Service (NWS) Warning Decision Training Division (WDTD) computing facilities. Key areas of responsibility include comprehensive desktop, laptop, and server administration, network planning and Local Area Network (LAN) support, and management of critical meteorological data. This role requires collaboration with the University of Oklahoma (OU) National Weather Center (NWC) building owners and adherence to government and NOAA IT guidelines. Key Responsibilities Hardware and System Administration - Provide systems security and follow procedures for the use and maintenance of Desktops, Laptops, Servers, peripherals, and software, adhering to government guidelines. - Support and maintain Desktop, Laptop, and Server hardware, including adapters, devices, peripherals (scanners, printers, sound, video), and software. - Diagnose and correct hardware and software problems. - Administer / monitor all backup systems (monthly full backup, daily incremental backups, two-month revolving window). - Support the email system by maintaining accounts and email lists in coordination with the Network Manager. - Support Windows, Linux, and UNIX servers, workstations, laptops, and virtual machines. - Assist the ISSO with continuous Certification and Accreditation requirements, as needed. Network and Data Support - Maintain the performance of the computer network, switches, and other network connectivity devices. - Perform network administration, including the addition/deletion of users, control of access rights, service management, and monitoring. - Support secure remote connectivity (VPNs) and the IP-based VTC system. - Support organizing, archiving, processing, and retrieving data sets from archives. Required Qualifications - Demonstrated experience providing with systems security procedures related to the maintenance of Desktops, Laptops, Servers, peripherals, and software, adhering to government guidelines. - Demonstrated experience installing, configuring, and managing enterprise hardware that includes desktops, laptops, servers, peripherals, and software. - Demonstrated performance management of computer networks, switches, and other network connectivity devices. - Effective verbal and written communication skills. - Willingness to learn and grow in a closely managed support role. - Must be able to work onsite in Norman, OK. - Must be able to obtain a moderate public trust security clearance. The ideal candidate for this role will be a strong problem solver and have working knowledge and experience with crude oil run tickets, crude oil run statements and crude oil transporters. They should be able demonstrate their working knowledge of the crude oil revenue distribution process and strong reconciliation skills. Additionally, they are collaborative, working closely within the department to streamline reporting and data flow. Essential Functions - Execute various lease accounting and compliance processes, including - Truck ticket reconciliations and uploads - Sub-well allocations - Process owner adjustments, such as reject recoveries - Process and distribute operator run statements - Reconcile volumes and pricing - Process distribution payments - Process PPA's - Process early payments to operator - Prepare balance sheet reconciliations - Assist with various compliance reporting, including BIA, GLO, ONRR, and TX RRC T-1's - Review and assist with suspense adjustments and clean-up - Process Escheat payments - Review and process voided payments - Collaborate with lease analysts and division order analysts to ensure efficient monthly processes - Assist in reporting to management, corporate accounting, etc. - Assist with annual 1099 and 1042 preparation and other tax reporting. - Assist with acquisitions, due diligence, internal/external audits, data conversions, and other special projects as needed. - Complete other duties and responsibilities as reasonably assigned by management. - Improve upon current processes and challenge existing processes. Requirements: Knowledge, Skills, Abilities - Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to troubleshoot software and processing issues. - Ability to meet deadlines and produce results under tight deadlines. - Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to perform with a high level of accuracy. - Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills to interact with team members at all levels of the organization. - Able to perform multiple tasks simultaneously and under time constraints. - Able to maintain and process confidential information discretely. - Willingness to accept constructive feedback. - Able to work effectively in a team environment. Education, Certifications, License - 4 year Accounting degree or equivalent experience. - Valid Driver's License, preferred. Work Experience - 3+ years experience in oil & gas accounting with knowledge of industry terminology. - Past experience with oil & gas midstream company preferred. - Production and severance tax experience preferred. - Knowledge of PakEnergy (WolfePak) or similar oil and gas software.
