Preparing and processing weekly supplier payments through electronic banking systems. Reconciling supplier statements and resolving outstanding issues. Managing supplier invoice queries and liaising with internal departments and external suppliers. Maintaining accurate purchase ledger records. Supporting customer account administration, including the setup and maintenance of customer master data across multiple regions. About You Essential Requirements AAT qualified or currently studying towards AAT Level 4. Previous purchase ledger/accounts payable experience. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proactive approach with a willingness to learn and develop. Flexible and adaptable attitude. Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure. Good IT skills and confidence using finance systems and Microsoft Office applications. Willingness to provide support and cover for colleagues when required.
