The opportunity London's professional-services market; law firms, accountancy practices and similar high-value clients, is largely untapped, and you'll own it. You'll sell premium, solution-led refreshment services into businesses where quality matters more than price. These are high-margin, consultative sales, not a race to the bottom. You won't be starting cold. Alongside a serious marketing budget and lead generation, you'll have access to a warm database of lapsed accounts that's already delivering results. What you'll be doing - Generating and closing new business across London's professional-services sector - Selling consultatively - leading with the solution, not the price - Getting in front of decision-makers: out on the road two days a week, targeting four quality appointments a day - Building a strong pipeline through a mix of proactive outreach, warm data, marketing-generated leads and referrals - Managing new accounts through onboarding before a smooth handover to account management What we're looking for - A proven new-business closer with a track record of consistently hitting or beating target - Confidence selling to senior stakeholders and navigating multi-person buying decisions - Genuine hunter mentality; resilient, self-motivated and comfortable creating your own opportunities - Experience in vending or workplace refreshment is a real advantage, but we're just as interested in strong B2B sales talent from adjacent sectors - Commutable to the Hemel Hempstead area (office day on Tuesdays) with the drive to sell across London What's on offer - Competitive Base salary, plus car allowance (or fully expensed rail travel) - Uncapped commission; a percentage of gross profit and recurring revenue, plus an over-target bonus. Top performers earn six figures - The chance to shape a brand-new team with full backing and investment behind you - Real career progression, this business promotes from within and rewards results - Hybrid working with genuine autonomy for those who deliver Ready to build something? Apply now with your CV, or get in touch for a confidential conversation. We'd love to hear from ambitious salespeople who want the earnings and the ownership to match their ambition.
