About You We're keen to speak with HR professionals who can demonstrate: - Previous experience in an HR Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor position. - Experience supporting multi-site operations, ideally within retail, healthcare, FMCG or another fast-paced customer-facing environment. - Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation and confidence managing complex employee relations cases independently. - Commercial awareness with the ability to interpret workforce and financial data. - Excellent stakeholder management skills with the confidence to influence senior leaders while coaching line managers. - CIPD Level 5 or Level 7 qualification (or equivalent experience) is desirable but not essential. - A willingness to travel regularly across sites throughout Lothian, Fife, Glasgow and Tayside.
