The firm are ideally seeking a qualified accountant, with them open to people who have suitable advisory experience, or people transferring across from audit, transaction services etc. - On the M&A side, they are involved in buy side and sell-side advisory, getting underneath the numbers for a client, providing integrated forecasting, presenting profit and loss forecasts and business valuations, often done for the purposes of a lender. - This position involves no compliance, it is boutique M&A and debt advisory, fast-paced and varied. In very nice offices in Leicester, they are in the office, working as a team together, which is a priority for them. - Preparing integrated forecasts, presenting financial positions on IM, the firm are keen to secure someone who will open up a set of accounts and know what s involved.
