Universal Banker

First Federal Lakewood is seeking a Universal Banker to deliver exceptional in-branch and digital banking service. You will open and service deposit accounts, process transactions, and provide consultative guidance on products such as checking, savings, loans, and online banking. This role blends teller and platform responsibilities, including cash handling, account maintenance, and resolving customer issues. You'll identify cross-sell opportunities, support branch sales goals, follow compliance and security procedures, and contribute to a collaborative, community-focused team environment with opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-branch and digital customer service for personal and business banking needs

• Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, and other teller transactions accurately

• Open, maintain, and close checking, savings, CD, and other deposit accounts

• Educate customers on bank products, services, and digital banking tools

• Identify and refer opportunities for loans, mortgages, and additional services

• Adhere to regulatory, compliance, and bank security policies and procedures

• Balance cash drawer and reconcile transactions at end of day

• Resolve customer issues and escalate complex matters as needed

• Support branch sales goals through consultative conversations and referrals
