Hybrid working office Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, home Wednesday and Friday

The Role As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll manage an established desk across the West Midlands, building long-term relationships with both clients and candidates.
You'll be responsible for:

Managing the full 360 recruitment process

Developing new business across the West Midlands

Building and nurturing long-term client relationships
-
Registering, interviewing and supporting high-quality candidates
-
Arranging and attending face-to-face client meetings

Matching the right people to the right opportunities

Delivering an outstanding recruitment experience from start to finish

This is a business that measures quality over quantity. Expectations include around candidate registrations, face-to-face client meetings, business development calls and maintaining an up-to-date contact pipeline.
About You To succeed as a Recruitment Consultant, you'll already have agency recruitment experience and enjoy building genuine relationships rather than relying on hard selling.
You'll ideally have:

At least 12-18 months' recruitment experience

A consultative, professional approach

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Confidence developing business and managing client relationships

A proactive, organised approach to managing your desk

The ability to build trust with both clients and candidates

Sector experience isn't essential. What's more important is your attitude, your professionalism and your commitment to delivering an exceptional service.
