Project Manager

Ascension Property Services, based in Palo Alto, CA, seeks a Project Manager to lead software projects focused on plumbing and property services. You will plan and execute end-to-end IT initiatives, aligning product, engineering, and field stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions. Responsibilities include defining scope, managing timelines and budgets, coordinating vendors, and mitigating risks. Responsibilities

• Plan and manage end-to-end IT and software projects supporting plumbing and property services workflows.

• Define project scope, requirements, and success criteria with product, engineering, and business stakeholders.

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, tracking progress against milestones.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams and third-party vendors to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.

• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, escalating when needed.

• Lead Agile ceremonies and promote best practices for iterative delivery and continuous improvement.

• Ensure clear, consistent communication and reporting to stakeholders and leadership.

• Translate operational needs from field teams into technical requirements for development teams.

• Monitor project KPIs and outcomes, driving post-implementation reviews and enhancements.

• Support adoption and training for new software tools across internal and external users.
