Project Manager

Ascension Property Services (APS), based in Palo Alto, CA, seeks a Project Manager to lead software projects for plumbing and field-service clients. You will manage full project lifecycles-scoping, planning, scheduling, and delivery-coordinating engineers, designers, and customer stakeholders. Responsibilities include defining requirements, managing budgets and risks, leading Agile ceremonies, and ensuring smooth deployments. Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and delivery of software projects for plumbing and field-service clients

• Define scope, requirements, timelines, and milestones with internal teams and client stakeholders

• Manage project budgets, risks, issues, and change requests to ensure successful outcomes

• Coordinate cross-functional engineering, design, and QA teams using Agile practices

• Track and report project status, metrics, and dependencies to leadership and clients

• Facilitate user acceptance testing and oversee deployment and post-launch stabilization

• Continuously improve processes and workflows to increase delivery efficiency and quality Required Skills
