    Job Description

    This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced marketer to take ownership of a well-established consumer brand, leading integrated campaigns across brand, digital, media and product launches. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you'll drive commercial growth, strengthen brand positioning, and shape marketing strategy within a growing business.

    Description

    • Develop and deliver brand-focused marketing plans that support commercial growth

    • Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, content, email and offline channels

    • Drive brand awareness, customer engagement and lead generation activities

    • Manage product launches and go-to-market campaigns from planning through to execution

    • Own brand messaging, positioning and creative consistency across all customer touchpoints

    • Monitor campaign performance, analyse results and optimise activity to maximise ROI

    • Manage marketing budgets and ensure effective allocation of spend

    • Oversee website content and customer journey improvements to enhance performance

    • Work closely with internal stakeholders and external agencies to deliver campaigns

    • Identify market trends, customer insights and new opportunities for growth

    • Produce regular performance reports and recommendations for senior stakeholders

    • Champion a test-and-learn approach to continuously improve marketing effectiveness Profile

    • Proven experience in brand and digital marketing

    • Strong campaign planning and execution skills

    • Commercially minded with budget and ROI experience

    • Skilled in stakeholder and agency management

    • Confident using data and insights to drive decisions

    • Strong communication and presentation skills

    • Highly organised and able to manage multiple projects

    • Experience within retail, ecommerce or consumer brands

    • Knowledge of CMS platforms, SEO, GA4 and email marketing

    • Familiarity with Shopify, Magento, WordPress or Umbraco preferred
