As a Customer Journey & Content Specialist , you will play a key role in enhancing customer engagement, improving digital journeys, and creating high-performing content that drives traffic, conversions, and revenue growth.
This position is ideal for a creative, data-driven content professional with a strong understanding of SEO, emerging AI technologies, and user experience optimisation.
The Role
Working within a collaborative digital team, you will take ownership of customer-facing content across multiple channels, ensuring users can easily access relevant information and products. Acting as a subject matter expert in content strategy and customer journeys, you will work closely with SEO specialists and key stakeholders to maximise visibility across search engines, AI-driven platforms, and social channels.
Key Responsibilities

Create, manage, and optimise engaging content across the customer journey.

Produce content for websites, social media, video, podcasts, and other digital channels.

Identify opportunities to improve engagement, conversion rates, and revenue.

Essential Skills & Experience

Experience in digital content production for a consumer-facing brand.

Strong SEO knowledge and practical application.

Experience creating content for AI-powered search and discovery platforms.

Proficiency with AI tools and technologies.

Strong analytical and reporting skills.

Experience creating and editing short-form video content.

Previous people management experience.
