Information Technology Manager
Job Description
ACO, Inc. seeks an Information Technology Manager to lead IT operations supporting our environmental and industrial services across the Texas Panhandle. This role oversees network infrastructure, servers, end-user support, business applications, and cybersecurity for office and field teams. Responsibilities include managing vendors, maintaining compliance, implementing backups and disaster recovery, and supporting routing, billing, and dispatch systems. The IT Manager will lead small projects, document procedures, train staff, and partner with operations and leadership to improve reliability, safety, and regulatory reporting through effective, secure technology solutions.
Responsibilities

Oversee network, servers, workstations, and mobile devices for office and field users.

Manage cybersecurity, access controls, patching, and data protection practices.

Administer backups, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans.

Provide and coordinate help desk support and user training.

Support key business and operations applications for routing, billing, and compliance.

Select and manage IT vendors, licenses, and service contracts.

Plan and deliver small to mid-size IT projects and upgrades.

Document IT procedures, configurations, and standards.

Ensure systems support safety, regulatory, and environmental compliance requirements.

Collaborate with operations and leadership to align technology with business needs.
