    ACO, Inc., Area Sales Manager - Surface Stormwater Position Description Location: Greater NY Area AREA SALES MANAGER - SURFACE STORMWATER SUMMARY: Responsible for managing all sales activities associated with ACO Drain, ACO Sport, ACO Infrastructure, ACO Stormbrixx, ACO Oil Water Separators, Aquaduct, Building Drainage & Markant product lines within a specific region. Create and execute an approved business plan for assigned territory. AREA SALES MANAGER - SURFACE STORMWATER ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSBILITIES: - Monitor and direct territory sales performance - Exceed monthly and yearly sales budgets - Monitor ACO Distributor's performance to ensure they are meeting the terms of the Distributor Agreements - Lead weekly review session with ISR & CSR. The ASM is the Captain of the Sales Team - Identify, track, manage and close major projects within region, utilizing Microsoft Dynamics - Search for new opportunities using available tools (Google, CMD, LinkedIn, etc.) - Prepare and send submittal package to ACO Distributor or Direct Buy customer after a Purchase Order has been received - Establish specifications for ACO Products through Architects/Engineers, Design/Build Firms etc. - Analyze and communicate customer/client requirements to the ACO CS, BD or Tech Service Depts. as appropriate - Provide the Marketing Department with photos & project worksheets for promotional purposes - Assist with customer problem resolution - Participating in budget planning for region - Attend and set-up trade shows - Average 60% travel expected per month.     FIBERGLASS CHOP GUN POSITION SUMMARY: The Fiberglass Chop Gun Operator will safely control the chop gun to produce quality products. FIBERGLASS CHOP GUN OPERATOR ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: - Operates chop gun in accordance with SOP's and Operations Manual. - Must know the different materials used in the chopping operation and how they are applied. - Must know when to wax the molds using paste and/or liquid wax. - Must ensure that you have enough materials to last the week. - Must know how to use a laminate thickness gauge on parts to check the thickness of the part, especially on the bottoms of the channels. - Produces the required quantity of parts within established time, specifications, and tolerances. - Measures finished parts with tape measure and fixtures, ensuring compliance with function, quality, and cosmetic specifications. - Ensure that parts are marked and cut correcting according to the cut sheet. - Ensure that the molds are in good working condition and cleaned before they are returned to the yard. - Maintains logs and records of units produced including a record of errors resulting in rejected or discarded pieces. - Inspects equipment prior to use to ensure proper setup and alignment; performs basic and routine adjustments and maintenance. - Ensure that the guns are kept very clean and maintained, if any leaks are found, maintenance must be notified immediately, so it can be repaired. - Identifies malfunctions or out-of-tolerance parts; adjusts controls of machine to correct errors. - Inspects and measures completed production units to identify defects caused by equipment setup. - Starts or restarts equipment using the pressure calibration steps for controlled spraying and the beginning of the shift, end of the shift and after power outages or interruptions. - Must be able to use a grinder to cut parts to length. - Must be able to read blueprints, read a tape measure (both imperial, and metric). - Reports time and material used on each job daily. - Maintains a clean, safe, and orderly work area. - Complies with Company policies and procedures.     SUMMARY The IT Systems Administrator is responsible for the administration and support of information systems for the US organization. This position will focus within the information systems discipline of IT Administrator job family to complete information system upgrades, changes, and feature enhancements.
