    • Preparing contracts, variation letters and other employee correspondence

    • Maintaining accurate personnel files and HR records

    • Maintaining and updating HR policies and bringing existing policies together into a clear and accessible employee handbook

    • Supporting managers with performance management and introducing a straightforward annual appraisal process

    • Preparing information to support pay review discussions

    • Maintaining basic HR reporting covering headcount, absence and turnover

    • Supporting employee engagement, internal communications and recognition initiatives

    • Working with senior leadership to identify themes from employee feedback, absence, turnover and employee relations and recommend practical improvements

    • Liaising with the wider HR function within the group, supporting alignment on areas such as job evaluation and pay review processes

    • Overseeing fleet administration, including servicing, repairs, vehicle allocation and supplier liaison

    • Working with Finance on fleet related matters, including benefit in kind information where required

We are looking for someone with solid generalist HR experience who is comfortable managing employee relations matters independently and providing practical advice to managers. You will be highly organised, confident with HR documentation and able to build strong working relationships at all levels.
