HR Generalist

Job Title: HR Generalist Job Type: Permenant, Full time Location: Wisbech Rate of pay: £31,000 - £36,000 per annum DOE

ARC are currently looking for a HR Generalist.

We are recruiting for an established, privately owned business with over 40 years experience delivering high-quality services within the social housing sector.

We re looking for an experienced HR & Payroll Advisor to join the team and work closely with the Head of HR, managers and senior leadership. This is a varied, hands-on role covering the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding through to employee relations and payroll support.

For this position, you must be able to do the following:

• Provide practical HR advice and support to managers and employees.

• Lead recruitment for white-collar positions.

• Manage offers, contracts, onboarding and employee documentation.

• Maintain accurate and confidential HR records.

• Support disciplinary, grievance, investigation and absence processes.

• Assist with appraisals, inductions, interviews and exit interviews.

• Coordinate annual leave and absence records.

• Support payroll, including timesheets, overtime, mileage, OOH payments and pensions.

• Liaise with the outsourced payroll provider and assist with reconciliation.

• Ensure HR processes remain compliant with current legislation.
