• Job Type: FTC Join our client as an HR Business Partner. This role involves strategic partnership with senior leaders to align people strategies with business objectives, focusing on talent management, performance, employee engagement, and workforce planning.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Develop and implement people strategies that align with business goals.

• Enhance employee engagement and manage organisational changes effectively.

• Ensure HR compliance and streamline HR operations across all sites.

• Utilize HR data to inform decisions and improve HR practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• CIPD Level 5 or equivalent experience preferred.

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner in a dynamic environment.

• Strong skills in change management, workforce planning, and employee relations.

• Proficient in HR analytics and stakeholder management.
