HR Advisor
Job Description
Our client is seeking an HR Advisor for a four-month contract assignment based full time in the office in Cheltenham. This role will provide professional HR support across the business, advising managers and employees on a broad range of people-related matters and helping to ensure effective, consistent HR processes.
Key Responsibilities:

Providing practical HR advice and guidance to managers and employees

Supporting employee relations matters, including investigations, disciplinaries and grievances

Assisting with recruitment, onboarding and employment documentation
-
Managing and maintaining accurate HR records and confidential personnel information
-
Supporting the implementation and consistent application of HR policies and procedures
-
Advising on absence management, performance matters and employee wellbeing
-
Contributing to HR projects and continuous improvements in people processes

Working collaboratively with internal stakeholders to deliver an effective HR service Job Requirements:

Experience in an HR Advisor or generalist HR role

Strong understanding of employment legislation and HR best practice

Experience supporting employee relations cases and providing sound HR advice

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities

High levels of discretion when handling confidential information

Good attention to detail and accurate record-keeping abilities

Ability to work full time from the office in Cheltenham throughout the contract Contract Details:
