Job Description
Based in Cambridge Full-Time Hours Permanent Up to £45,000 DOE
We are partnering with a growing Cambridge-based organisation to recruit a proactive and collaborative HR Advisor . This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional who enjoys building strong relationships with managers and managing a varied employee relations caseload within a fast-paced, scaling business.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage a range of employee relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance, absence, performance and capability matters.

Provide practical, commercially focused HR advice and guidance to managers.

Support investigations, hearings and formal HR processes.

Ensure compliance with employment legislation, company policies and best practice.

Assist with HR projects, policy development and continuous improvement initiatives.

Build trusted relationships with stakeholders across the business.
About You:
-
Previous experience in an HR Advisor role with strong employee relations expertise.

Confident managing ER casework independently.

Experience working within a fast-paced, growing or scaling organisation .

Proactive, solutions-focused and comfortable managing changing priorities.

Collaborative approach with excellent stakeholder management skills.

Strong understanding of UK employment law and HR best practice.
