We re looking for a Senior or Staff level Firmware Engineer to lead the design and development of safety critical embedded software, shaping both the technical direction and the quality framework that underpins a regulated medical device environment. The Opportunity You ll take ownership of firmware development for a new class of insulin delivery technology, working at the intersection of engineering, quality, and regulatory compliance. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in structured environments, enjoys collaborating with cross functional teams, and wants their work to have meaningful real world impact. A key success marker in your first year will be establishing robust firmware lifecycle processes and ensuring audit ready documentation and practices.
