Are you an ambitious, Level 4 qualified Financial Adviser looking to join a growing firm where you can genuinely make a difference?

Due to continued growth, they are seeking a New Business Financial Adviser who will play a key role in helping the firm expand even further over the long term.

The Opportunity

You'll focus on building new client relationships, converting quality opportunities, and delivering holistic financial advice across pensions, investments, protection and retirement planning.

The business provides a strong flow of professionally introduced leads, alongside full Paraplanning and Administration support, allowing you to focus on developing clients and generating revenue.

• Provide holistic financial planning advice to new and existing clients.

• Generate and convert new business opportunities.

• Build strong relationships with clients and professional introducers.

• Conduct financial reviews and cashflow planning discussions.

• Create tailored recommendations aligned to client objectives.

• Ensure all advice meets FCA and compliance standards.

• Work closely with support staff to deliver excellent client outcomes.

About You

• Level 4 Diploma qualified.

• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Financial Adviser.

• Strong knowledge of pensions, investments and protection.

• Proven track record of winning new business.

• Commercially minded, ambitious and self-motivated.

• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.

• Passionate about delivering exceptional client outcomes.
