The Opportunity
As Finance Business Partner, you will act as the vital link between finance and the wider business, providing meaningful analysis, financial insight, and strategic support to aid decision-making.
This role offers significant exposure to senior management and the opportunity to influence commercial and operational outcomes across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities

Partner with Directors and senior managers, providing financial insight and support for strategic decision-making.

Produce annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans aligned to business objectives.

Monitor financial performance, highlighting risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Deliver detailed profitability, margin, and performance analysis.

Support business growth initiatives through financial modelling and evaluation.

Collaborate across departments including operations, sales, and commercial teams to ensure financial objectives support operational goals.

Improve financial reporting processes and drive efficiencies across the business.

Produce and present clear management information and financial reports to senior leadership.

Identify cost-saving opportunities and promote financial discipline throughout the organisation.
About You
We're looking for a confident and proactive finance professional who enjoys building relationships, influencing stakeholders, and using financial data to drive business performance.
You'll ideally have:

ACCA, CIMA, or ACA qualification.

A minimum of 5 years' experience within finance, preferably within a manufacturing environment.

Previous experience in a Finance Business Partner, Commercial Finance, or similar role.

Strong analytical and financial modelling capabilities.

Advanced Excel skills.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain financial information to non-finance stakeholders.

A commercially focused mindset and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
