We're particularly interested in people who can demonstrate: - Extensive experience delivering infrastructure or regeneration projects within a local authority or public sector environment. - Strong pre-contract and project development experience. - A solid understanding of planning, design development, procurement and construction processes. - Experience working under NEC, JCT or other recognised construction contracts. - Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build credibility at all levels. - Experience managing multidisciplinary teams across technical disciplines. - Strong commercial awareness and project financial management experience. - A structured approach to governance, reporting and programme management. - An engineering, infrastructure or regeneration background would all be considered. If you're looking for a role where you can influence projects from day one, work directly with key decision makers and play a major part in securing the successful delivery of complex infrastructure programmes, I'd be keen to speak with you.
