We're looking for a hands-on Accounts Assistant to join the finance team at in Cardiff

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys getting stuck into the detail, keeping things running smoothly and working as part of a busy, friendly team. Once you're up to speed, you'll have the flexibility to work 2 days from home .

What you'll be doing

You'll play a key role in keeping our accounts processes accurate and on track, including:

• Processing supplier invoices and uploading them to VMS

• Maintaining Sage Line 50 records

• Completing three-way matching of POs, GRNs and invoices

• Reconciling supplier statements and resolving queries

• Preparing payment runs and maintaining supplier accounts

• Processing payroll journals

• Maintaining the fixed asset register, including additions and disposals

• Posting depreciation journals

• Reconciling bank accounts

• Supporting the month-end close

• Assisting with audit requests What's on offer?
