Workday Recruiting, Learning, and Talent Optimization Senior Consultant

As a Senior Consultant, you will lead the design and development of Workday solutions for clients optimizing their Workday environments. You will support production operations, conduct planned assessments, and contribute to phased deployments, helping organizations improve their Workday Recruiting, Learning, and Talent functions.

Responsibilities

• Manage Workday optimization program activities, including production support.

• Conduct planned assessments of customer Workday environments.

• Support Phase X deployments.

• Lead the design of Workday optimization solutions for customers.

• Develop solutions to optimize Workday tenants.
