Workday Financial Accounting Lead

Lead Workday Financial Record-to-Report consulting projects, including accounting, budgeting and banking solutions. Facilitate client design sessions, capture requirements, configure solutions, and support testing, go-live and post-production. Collaborate with project leadership and consulting teams to improve processes and deliver client-focused financial transformations.

Responsibilities

• Lead Workday Financial Accounting, Budget and Banking workstreams on assigned projects.

• Facilitate client design sessions and gather business requirements.

• Configure Workday Financial solutions to streamline client processes.

• Document solutions and provide testing support.

• Support go-live and post-production hypercare.

• Coordinate with project leadership and consultants to communicate challenges and improve project processes.
