TSP Consolidation Specialist

Retirement Clearinghouse LLC seeks a TSP Consolidation Specialist to support retirement account portability and rollover services. In this role, you will process TSP and 401(k) consolidations, verify participant data, and ensure accurate, compliant movement of retirement assets. You will handle inbound and outbound participant and partner calls, explain rollover options, and document all interactions. Working in a mission-driven fintech environment, you'll collaborate with operations, compliance, and technology teams to resolve complex cases, monitor workflow queues, and maintain SLAs. You will contribute to continuous process improvement while protecting client data and improving retirement outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Process TSP and 401(k) consolidations, rollovers, and transfers accurately and on time.

• Verify participant identity and plan data, ensuring compliance with regulatory and firm policies.

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to explain rollover options and next steps to participants.

• Collaborate with recordkeepers, employers, and financial institutions to resolve transaction issues.

• Monitor workflow queues, prioritize cases, and meet established SLAs and quality standards.

• Document all participant interactions and transaction details in internal systems.

• Reconcile data discrepancies and perform quality checks on transactions and records.

• Escalate complex or high risk cases to compliance or leadership as appropriate.

• Protect sensitive client information and adhere to data security protocols.

• Contribute ideas for process improvements, automation, and enhanced client experience.
