Transactional Finance Supervisor

Transactional Finance Supervisor Sheffield, South Yorkshire + Hybrid Working

We're searching for a hands-on Transactional Finance Supervisor to lead a small transactional finance team while remaining actively involved in the day-to-day running of the function.

This is a well-rounded role where you'll oversee the full finance cycle, combining team leadership, transactional oversight, and financial accounting support.

The role:

• Managing and developing a team across purchase ledger and sales ledger

• Overseeing day-to-day transactional finance, ensuring accuracy and efficiency

• Remaining hands-on with processing, queries and escalations when needed

• Managing treasury activities, including cash flow and banking

• Assisting with audit requirements and liaising with external auditors

• Driving process improvements across the finance function

About you:

• Proven experience in a similar role

• Strong background in transactional finance with a willingness to stay hands-on

• Previous experience managing and developing a team
